We have structured a comprehensive development pathway that grows with your child. It begins with Operation36 for our youngest players (ages 6-13), where the focus is on developing fundamentals through gamified, on-course learning that makes golf fun and accessible.
Junior Programs and the Elite Junior. As players mature (ages 12-18), they progress into our dedicated Program for those seeking more serious, competitive training. These programs are designed to refine skills, build course strategy, and develop mental toughness.
For those with aspirations to play at the collegiate level, our pathway culminates in support, helping navigate the complex process of finding the right school and team fit.

This is the earliest stage of development for young golfers where they learn the basics through a gamified system designed to teach the game of golf in reverse, starting everyone at level 1, just 25 yards from the center of the green and moving back to over 200 yards as players progress. We have seen 100’s of our juniors advance over the last few years.

We offer specialized programs for junior golfers who have progressed beyond Operation 36 and are continuing to develop their skills. These programs support aspiring and active high school golfers from local boys and girls teams through personalized swing coaching, golf-specific fitness training, and both individual and group development sessions designed to help players improve athletic performance and compete at a higher level.

Designed by our very own Scott Hardy (Saint Mary's Head Golf Coach), this program is designed for talented young players to help guide them and their families through the complex world of junior golf, improve their game through various programs, and navigate the college recruiting process.

For any player looking to play at the next level, we have partnered with recruiting firms and leverage our network to assist in the process.
